This Privacy Policy describes how JB3 STUDIOS ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use our website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). JB3 STUDIOS is not responsible or at fault in any way, should its' third-party service providers (hosting our customer records and/or data for backup redundancy) encounter mailicious security breaches or "hacker=like" attacks from outside parties that results in the public leak of sensitive and critical personal customer data and records.
California Residents: The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), which is effective as of January 1, 2020, regulates how we handle personal information of California residents and gives California residents certain rights with respect to their personal information.
Under the CCPA. The following supplemental privacy policy applies to information we collect in our role as a business—this is when we interact directly with you. 6. CHILDREN'S POLICY: The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will take steps to delete such information.
