14 DAY RETURN POLICY

At JB3 STUDIOS, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. RETURNS: If your item(s) is not a custom-made order with specific personalization, you have 14 days to return the item from the date you received it. Unfortunately, personalized custom-made orders are NOT eligible for return(s) at this time. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if any. Simply email us at contact@jb3studios.com for any questions you may have.

2. REFUNDS: Once we receive your elgible return item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. SHIPPING: You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for all your returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may vary by season, state and shipping carrier. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. EXCEPTIONS: Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including: A) Digital products or services. B) Customized or personalized items. C) Items marked as final sale.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
